The team at IOPHS offers consulting in the following areas:

• Administering of the Psychological Health and Safety Index (PHSI-S) for companies
• Generating extensive reporting, inclusive of psychological health risk factors
• Further OD work in this area, if indicated
• Generating of applicable narratives for annual integrated reporting in this area of human capital
